SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. — “The Ellies,” honoring the best and brightest of Douglas Elliman's top agents, gave the nod to a group of “top performers” from the Hamptons recently.
Douglas Elliman Real Estate recently honored agents from across the country at the event, which was held this year at Mohegan Sun in CT.
Agents from Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Hampton Bays, Montauk, Quogue, Sag Harbor, Sagaponack, Southampton and Westhampton Beach were among the honorees, Douglas Elliman said.
“Our wonderfully talented agents across the country delivered a very impressive performance this year, backed by a huge dedication and passion for their work. We remain committed to providing all of our agents with the best technology, marketing and public relations to help them reach even greater heights in 2019, and we look forward to another triumphant year,” said Howard M. Lorber, President, Douglas Elliman Realty, LLC.
Nationwide sales for Douglas Elliman in 2018 totaled $28.1 billion — an eight percent increase from 2017 — as the company continued its nationwide expansion into new markets. the company was responsible for 44,131 sales and rental transactions and ranked as the third largest brokerage in the country by sales volume, according to a release.

In the Hamptons, the Top Individual award, based on gross commission income, went to Erica Grossman of the Southampton office.
Additional individuals recognized by GCI were David Donohue, who came in at #2, Terry Thompson, who earned #3, Dawn Neway, who was #4, Steven Rosmarin, who earned the honor of #5 , Michaela Keszler, #6, Christopher Stewart, #7, Carol Nobbs, #8, Priscilla Garston, #9, and Lori Barbaria, who ranked #10.
The Hamptons Award for Top Team by GCI went to The Enzo Morabito team in the Bridgehampton office for the ninth year in a row, said Douglas Elliman.
Other GCI Top 5 teams in the Hamptons included Atlantic Team at #2, Avigdor/Penkova Team at #3, Nigro Team at #4 and Aarons/Goodstein Team at #5.
The Atlantic Team, based in the East Hampton office, was named the top performing team by number of transactions for the Hamptons, followed by Enzo Morabito Team at #2, Avigdor/Penkova Team at #3, Porto Team at #4, and team Rima & Ryan at #5.
The Top Individual award based on transactions went to Angelica Cocha, from the Hampton Bays office. Other winners were Terry Thompson at #2, Steven Rosmarin at #3, Dawn Neway at #4, and Christopher Stewart and Erica Grossman, who tied for #5.
A Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Anne Marie Francavilla of the Hampton Bays office for her long career contribution to the business.
The prestigious Pinnacle Club Award winners, presented to agents and teams that earned over $1 million in 2018, included David Donohue, of the Avigdor/Penkova Team, Erica Grossman, Enzo Morabito Team and The Atlantic Team.
