SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. — Firefighters were on the scene investigating possible smoke conditions at Stony Brook Southampton College on Monday, officials said.
According to scanner reports Monday afternoon, sulfur odor and smoky conditions were reported in Atlantic Hall.
“The Southhampton Village Fire Department and Stony Brook University Fire & Emergency Services are investigating,” said Joan Behan-Duncan, media relations specialist at Stony Brook University.
