SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Southampton pop-up shop will support the Hampton Classic this holiday season.
Hampton Classic partnered with Hampton Classic sponsor KAVAL to host the department store. KAVAL & Friends Gift Emporium, which opened Thursday, will be open through the end of the year at 84B Main St. in Southampton, the site of the former J. Crew store.
A portion of all proceeds will go to the Hampton Classic Horse Show, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charity, according to a release.
“KAVAL has been a wonderful and supportive sponsor since joining the Hampton Classic,” said Shanette Cohen, executive director of the Hampton Classic.
The store will feature a “Sunshine Store” featuring swimwear, linen shirts, sunglasses, leather sandals, beach bags and more for those heading to warmer climates. The store will also feature lifestyle and home areas, with Human Touch full-body massage chairs, as well as a children's corner and technical riding apparel section.
Hampton Classic merchandise and memorabilia are also available, including a selection of collectible posters from years past. Dylan's Candy Bar will have a holiday outpost, the release said.
“We are thrilled to have found a way to support the Hampton Classic, an institution that brings so much economic value to the East End,” said Danielle Levine, KAVAL Founder & CEO. “At the end of a difficult year, we also hope this pop-up store will be a positive experience for participating brands as well as customers.”
“This is really exciting in many ways,” Cohen added. “Human Touch massage chairs are among the most popular items in Classic's Boutique Garden and people line up just waiting to try them. I'm sure they will be just as popular at the KAVAL pop-up along with all the other great items, many of which are also being sold by Hampton Classic sponsors. I look forward to shopping there myself.”
