The video version of the public radio program to be broadcast on Southampton and East Hampton Public Television
(Southampton, NY – January 12, 2022) Today, WNET Group, home of Long Island's only NPR station WLIW-FM, and The Express News Group announced a partnership with Local Television (LTV) and Sun20 TV, bringing the video version of Behind the headlinesthe weekly hour-long local PR radio program in East Hampton and Southampton public access television. Behind the headlines premieres on LTV and Sun20 TV from January 17.
LTV will be broadcast Behind the headlines Monday at 10 p.m. Tuesday at 10:30 am Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and Thursdays at 6 a.m. Sun20 TV will broadcast the program on Mondays and Thursdays at 7 pm. Tuesday at 8 p.m. and Wednesday at 10 p.m
Providing analysis of the latest local and regional and cultural issues, Behind the headlines hosted by Express News Group editors Bill Sutton and Joseph P. Shaw. To bring listeners a variety of views, voices and opinions, each week Sutton and Shaw host a rotating panel of esteemed guest journalists and colleagues from a strong collection of East End, Long Island and local news and PR. Behind the headlines airs Saturdays at 10 am. on WLIW-FM and is available for on-demand streaming at wliw.org/radio.
