Dare, the official said, “teaches young people the right decision-making and life skills to live a life free of drugs and violence while having respect for themselves and others. These skills will carry these young adults through life them and will provide them with the foundation to make good choices and not negative ones that could affect them later in life.”
The graduation highlighted the children's experiences through the program and the topics that resonated most strongly with them.
Southampton City Council recognized each graduate with a proclamation, congratulating them on successfully completing the program. Southampton Village, Westhampton
Beach and East Hampton Town school resource officers also attended.
“A special thank you to Remsenburg-Speonk Primary School for its dedication
