SOUTHAMPTON, NY – The longtime Red Bar Brasserie in Southampton has sold for $3.4 million.
Brown Harris Stevens agent Maritza Jimenez sold the property, located at 210 Hampton Road, according to Lori Levin, Rubenstein's PR representative.
Details of the buyer were not yet available, he said.
“The high-visibility location exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, seats 92 patrons and offers the convenience of grandpa parking to the side and along Hampton Street,” a release said.
The property also includes three bedrooms and one bathroom above the restaurant, which are legal for staff housing as well as a three-bedroom, two-bathroom family home that produces income, the release said.
The property closed on Feb. 10, according to the release.
