SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. — A Southampton hotspot, one of the East End's most popular restaurants and nightspots, is set for its screen debut: 75 Main will be the focus of a new Discovery+ documentary series, “Serving the Hamptons.” .
The new series is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, April 7.
“Each summer on Long Island's East End, as the Hamptons play home to those seeking an escape from the city, 75 Main Restaurant becomes the focus of a who's who,” said a release from Discovery+. “As the seasonal temperatures rise, so does the drama for the new Discovery+ documentaries, Serving the Hamptons.”
According to the announcement, the five hour-long episodes “transport viewers to one of the world's most exclusive enclaves while showcasing all the juicy drama in the lives of the young, sexy restaurant staff at Southampton's 'it' dining destination.” 75 Mainly, as they connect, argue and work together to make sure customers come back for more.”
“That's what I like about this country. After 75 Main, and all restaurants, faced such a difficult year, we're back to having the best summer ever and having Discovery+ support is a dream come true,” said Zach Erdem, owner of 75 Main.
According to Discovery+, the series centers on a stunning beach house provided to employees who serve Erdem's elite clientele of celebrities, politicians and the wealthy, provided they follow his rules and take care of his customers.
“That's easier said than done when your staff has a resident heartthrob who plays even harder than she works to take full advantage of all that a summer in the Hamptons has to offer,” said announcement. “To keep the young staff in line, Zach enlists manager Victoria Hilton to ensure that the few rules he has established are followed, including being on time, not drinking alcohol on the job, and most importantly, not dating among the staff. But this summer, rules will be broken, personalities will clash, secrets will be revealed, a shocking love triangle will unfold, and true romance might just get in the way.”
The show follows another recent Discovery+ series, “Selling the Hamptons,” which focused on luxury real estate brokers.

According to Discovery+, “Serving the Hamptons” begins “with summer in full swing and the restaurant buzzing. VIP hostess Jillian Gough parties a little hard at the staff house and fails to show up for work the next day. in between, Zach has Chef Brogan Wu prepares his birthday dinner, complete with his favorite dishes prepared just the way he likes them, except Brogan finds herself in hot water when the staff fails to get her ingredients and has to improvise on the spot. Victoria Hilton decides to surprise Zac with a special show for his birthday, but things quickly go south when all the attention is diverted to the birthday boy.”
And, Discovery+ added another sneak peek: “The drama continues as Jack Tavcar and Hailey Druek work up the courage to confront Zach about not taking a tip after his birthday. Ethan Thompson falls for Brogan, but after he puts him in friendzone. she goes crazy breaking the house rules, chasing a different roommate, as well as secretly hooking up with a local Hamptonite she met at a DJ gig. Regardless of the drama in the house, the staff must put aside their personal issues to serve some of the wealthiest and most discerning clients in the Hamptons to make the summer a success.”
