SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. — A North Sea man was arrested early Christmas Day and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash on County Road 39, police said.
According to Southampton City Police, the incident occurred at approximately 1:54 a.m. on County Road 39 near North Sea Road in Southampton. Guadalupe Delossantos-Morastitla, 27, was eastbound when she was involved in a crash with another vehicle, police said.
Delossantos-Morastitla was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor and a traffic violation, police said.
He was taken to Southampton police headquarters for arrest processing and held to appear in Southampton Magistrates' Court for a morning arraignment, police said.
