Chest with head high and over SE swells with W winds. A little disorganized this morning, but should get better, cleaner, as the day goes on.

N winds 25 to 30 kt, decreasing to 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt. Seas 9 to 12 feet, easing to 7 to 10 feet this afternoon.
Water temperature: 42°–44°
Wear 6/5/4mm or 5/4/3mm, 7mm or 5mm hooded boots and some 5mm gloves.
