NORTH FORK, N.Y. — Students got a chance to meet one of their favorite authors recently when Gordon Corman visited Cutchogue East Elementary School.
Corman spoke to fifth- and sixth-graders about his writing process and techniques, character development and his newest books, “Slugfest” and “Faker,” the district said.
He also took time to answer students' questions.
“Students were amazed and inspired to learn that Mr. Korman has written more than 100 books in many genres and has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide,” the Mattituck-Cutchogue school district said.
