FLANDERS, N.Y. — An East Hampton man was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated in Flanders on Friday, police said.
According to Southampton Police, Sergio Salazar-Domingo, 41, was pulled over at 8:53 p.m. after officers saw him fail to maintain his lane. During a traffic stop, officers learned Salazar-Dominguez was intoxicated and also operating with a revoked license, police said.
His vehicle was impounded. He was arrested and charged with felony DWI, prior conviction. first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. and equipment violations, a misdemeanor, police said.
