BRIDGEHAMPTON, N.Y. — A Sag Harbor man was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated in Bridgehampton on Tuesday, police said.
According to Southampton Police, the incident took place at approximately 1:36 am. Irving Gazga-Reyes, 33, of Sag Harbor was seen operating a motor vehicle on Montauk Highway and stopped for a traffic violation, police said.
After an interview, Gazga-Reyes was found to be intoxicated, arrested, transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters for arrest processing and held to appear in Southampton Justice Court at morning arraignment, police said.
Gazga-Reyes was charged with felony DWI and multiple New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, police said.
