The Suffolk County Division IV football playoffs are set and some local teams have made it to the dance while others have fallen short.
It was an off year for the Southampton and Port Jefferson teams, who failed to make the tournament this year.
The Greenport/Southold/Mattituck Porters grabbed the No. 7 seed in the division and will travel to Mount Sinai to face the No. 2 seed Mustangs. The two teams did not face each other in the regular season. Both teams finished the year 6-2, although it was different for the Porters who secured their final win of the season in a loss to Hampton Bays.
Meanwhile, the East Hampton Bonackers earned their way into the playoffs at the No. 8 seed despite going 3-5 on the season. They will face a tough task as they face an unbeaten Babylon team in Babylon.
Both games will be played on Friday at 6pm
