WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY —Westhampton Beach High School students made their hometown proud recently: A total of 71 students were named members of the National Junior Honor Society. The students were formally inducted during a candlelight ceremony.
To be eligible for inclusion, students had to maintain an unweighted GPA of 92 or better, meet leadership, service, citizenship and character standards and complete community service, the district said.
